About the role

As a Pool and Spa Service Technician at Pool and Spa Mart Bull Creek, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial swimming pools and spas in the Bull Creek WA 6149 area. This full-time role is a crucial part of ensuring our customers have a seamless, enjoyable experience with their pool and spa systems.

What you'll be doing

Performing regular maintenance and servicing of swimming pools and spas, including chemical treatment, filtration system checks, and minor repairs

Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with pool and spa equipment

Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the optimal care and operation of their pool and spa systems

Maintaining detailed records of all service visits and work completed

Ensuring a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols

Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a pool and spa service technician, with a demonstrated track record of providing high-quality maintenance and repair services

Strong technical knowledge of pool and spa systems, including filtration, pumps, heaters, and chemical treatment

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach and strong communication skills and professional appearance.

Strong physical fitness – ability to lift, kneel, carry, and work in outdoor conditions

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to access customer sites, must have a manual licence.

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in pool and spa maintenance and repair
