About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver commercial construction projects from initial planning through to handover. You’ll be working closely with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, procurement, construction, and close-out
• Lead and mentor project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators, and Coordinators
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Drive HSEQ compliance across all stages of the build
• Monitor project financials, reporting, and cost forecasting

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (ideally with a Tier 2 or reputable regional builder)
• Strong knowledge of construction programming, contract management, and risk mitigation
• Confident communicator with solid leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering projects in sectors such as government, health, education, or commercial
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline preferred
