The Role: As our newest State Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint across QLD, with a strong focus on the retail and discount segments. This exciting position involves:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing clientele in the retail and discount markets.

Securing contracts and tenders to drive sales growth in these segments.

Collaborating closely with buyers to offer innovative products that lead the market and meet customer needs.

What We're Looking For: To join the Party(ware), you must absolutely bring:

Proven Sales Track Record: 2-5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in packaging, retail, and servicing the discount segment of the market.

Tech Savviness: Ability to create presentations and confidently use sales tech, including MS Office suite and CRM software.

Strong Communication Skills: Polished interpersonal aptitude and confidence in communication.

Self-Starter Mentality: Thriving in a professional environment where tenacity and results are rewarded.

Driver's License and Car: Must have your own car. Car allowance to be provided.

Eligibility to Work in Australia: Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
