About the role
Provide efficient and effective administrative support and customer service to patients, clinicians, health professionals and fellow staff within the Integrated Cancer Research (I-CARE) Collaborative of Cancer Care Services (CCS) in Metro North Health (MNH).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Maintain and assist in the development of accounting procedures, policies, and practices within a best practice philosophy.
- Establish and maintain high standards of internal controls within the accounting process (including reconciling monthly reports)
- Educate staff on the accounts payable / receivable system and patient reimbursements to ensure correct usage.
- Maintain compliance of mandatory and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training logs for investigators, study coordinators and administrative staff, and communicate to trials manager on training needs.
