Langwarrin Medical Clinic is a General Practice in the south-east suburbs. Our GP's have been providing quality care to their patients, alongside our Allied Health team and Nursing Department for many years. The clinic is well-established in the area, with a good following of friendly loyal patients. We are conveniently located near major freeways, highways and public transport. Child-Care/Early Learning Centre next door, as well as next door to Langwarrin Gateway Shopping Centre.

Qualifications & experience

Experienced in Medical Reception favorable however not essential, Experience in using MS Office/Clinical software an advantage, Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Must be Reliable/dedicated, Looking for long-term employment, Flexibility to cover shifts throughout the week/annual leave and sick leave when required.

Tasks & responsibilities

Answering telephone calls, patient queries Booking Appointments for GP's, Allied Health, Nurses, Taking payments and claiming Medicare rebate for patients, Data Entry Emailing/Faxing correspondence to external health providers, Ability to cover Annual Leave/Sick Leave, when required.

Required to work 3 shifts per week (Predominantly 1pm-6.00pm shifts or occasional 8am-1pm), additional shifts will be required to cover Annual Leave and/or Sick Leave, possibly up to 4 shifts per week.
