We are seeking a quality, passionate, consultant and merchandiser to join our sales team.

Our range is a leader within the niche confectionery market and has been trusted for many years. We are looking for a motivated and effective salesperson to join our Queensland team.

About the Role

Reporting \to the Sales manager and Director you will manage a portfolio of accounts in Queensland between Brisbane and Cairns:
- You will drive business growth through high-quality sales and distribution.
- You will manage relationships with National Chains and Independent Retailers.
- You will actively work towards sales targets, execute brand plans and educate retailers on key features and benefits.
- You will complete weekly call plans and provide feedback about the market to the Sales Manager and Director.

About You

Most importantly, a desire to do your best every day and make our Brands thrive in store. To be successful, you will:

- Ideally have previous Fast Moving Consumer Goods sales experience but don’t worry, we will provide training if you haven’t
- Have the ability to understand and identify commercial opportunities, being aware of business drivers and are up-to-date with industry knowledge.
- Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice.
- Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, take pride and ownership in your work
- Demonstrates a ‘winning together’ mindset by understanding the perspectives of others, creating a positive team culture, managing emotions and maintaining strong bonds.
- Be comfortable using a computer- Ability to Travel 1 week every 2 months

You will also need a current driver's license and be willing to drive on the road visiting retailers (existing and new) to increase the customer base.
