You’ll be working side-by-side with the Director of a high-performing agency on the Northern Gold Coast. Your mission? Generate appraisals and uncover listing opportunities every single day.

No real estate experience? No problem. If you're hungry, coachable, and comfortable talking to strangers – this could be your golden ticket into the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Door knocking targeted areas

Cold calling (we provide the data and the scripts)

Booking property appraisals

Supporting the sales team to grow market share

Becoming known in the local community

Reporting prospecting results daily and weekly

What You’ll Need:

Confidence on the phone and in person

Resilience and thick skin – rejection is part of the game

Strong communication skills and a likeable personality

A desire to build a long-term career in real estate

A car and valid driver’s licence

Bonus: Any previous sales, call centre or retail experience
