PRACTICE MANAGER (Casework)
Full Time or Part-Time (flexible from 28 to 35 hours)
Central Coast Family Support Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and authentic leader to provide high-level specialist support and leadership to the casework team, while ensuring consistency in systems and processes that comply with organisational policies and procedures.
We are seeking a motivated leader to actively promote professional family work practice and lead the team to achieve quality outcomes with children, young people and families on the Central Coast. The ideal candidate will be passionate and dynamic, with an ability to communicate effectively to further develop strong child centred practice and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
As the Practice Manager you should have a proven track record of supervising and supporting a small team, effectively managing and prioritising workloads, and demonstrating an ability to lead a culturally competent and diverse workforce.
This position is covered under the SCHADS award, Level 6, with fringe benefit salary packaging offered to increase your take home pay. CCFSS strives to provide a flexible and collaborative work environment.
