Labourforce is currently seeking an Administration Assistant for our client based in Hemmant

Our client is a Global organisation that delivers leading supply chain management systems and cost-effective logistics solutions to their customers

About the role

• Checking in/out drivers and ensuring their compliance based on CoR
• Accurately input Data and inventory of all stock in various systems
• Assist in organising and maintaining files and records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Ad hoc duties as required i.e., stock count

About you

• Proven Experience in administration assistant roles
• Proficient in Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Display a willingness to learn and show initiative
• Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment
• Be able to multitask with high attention to detail
• Warehousing Administration (desirable)
