To be successful in this position you should meet the following criteria:

Current registration with AHPRA

Possess knowledge of the residential aged care framework and accreditation standards

Previous Aged Care Experience - highly regarded

Ability to supervise Enrolled Nurses and personal care assistants

Effective time management and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as a member of a team

The role

Registered Nurse Level 1

Available for night shifts

Flexible, Casual or Part-time positions available

Hourly rate is on parity to Qld Health

Competitive Salary packaging - better than Qld Health

11.5% Superannuation

Relocation package available for the right candidate

$2000- sign on bonus for new graduates

$10,000- sign on bonus for RNs with a minimum of 12 months experience (conditions apply)
