Workfast is seeking Night Shift Labourers to join our team in the Recycling and Waste Management industry at Pinkenba, QLD. You’ll play a key support role assisting with spotting heavy mobile plant, pressure washing of equipment and site areas, and general labouring tasks in a busy, safety-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely spot and guide heavy mobile plant such as loaders, excavators, and trucks
• Operate pressure washers to clean mobile equipment and work zones
• Carry out general site labouring, including shovelling, sweeping, and tidying
• Follow site procedures and safety protocols at all times
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow crew members
• Take direction from team leaders and support continuous improvement

About You:

• Full Australian working rights
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)
• Previous experience on waste, construction, or industrial sites (preferred)
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Strong commitment to safety and a positive work ethic
