About the Role:
Big Dog Haulage is seeking experienced HR Tipper Drivers to join our small but busy team. You'll be driving a new auto 8 wheeler on various residential, commercial or civil works in SEQ.

Location:

Yard located Loganholme

Work days/Hours:

Night shift: Sunday night to Thursday night; $40-$45/hr depending on experience

7pm start, up to 10hr shifts, profiling experience preferred

Service Areas: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring safe loading, transporting and off-loading of materials from various sites

Loading asphalt at batch plant and off-loading into paver

Follow all WHS legislation, management directives, and road/site rules

Complete daily paperwork, including pre-start checks and accurate logbooks

Carry out site-specific inductions (online and on-site)

Keeping vehicle and equipment clean & tidy

Role Requirements:

Current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence

Clean driving history (5 Year Traffic History Report)

Current White Card

Current Medical or pass a pre-employment medical (including drug screening) if required

2 recent work-related references

Ideal Candidate:

ABN

Professional attitude

Reliable, self-motivated and great communication skills

Road profiling and resurfacing experience preferred but not necessary

1-3yrs tipper experience preferred
