Role:
Be the first point of contact for Customer's providing professional and friendly service throughout their vehicle servicing experience.
Hours: 8am - 5.30 Pm
Responsibilities:
Manage bookings and service inquiries
Communicate service details and timelines
Support admin and coordination tasks
Manage and update service booking schedules
Maintain accurate customer and service records
Handle invoicing, payments, and billing processes
Assist with email correspondence and follow-ups
Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure all paperwork and records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with customers
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Organised with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and a proactive, can-do mindset
Skilled in using computers and managing multiple tasks efficiently
Able to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with administrative tasks is a plus
