Position summary:

We are seeking an experience and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, customer-focused and capable of leading a team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities;]

Manage overall store operations, including inventory, merchandising and stock control

Lead and Supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency

Develop rosters and manage staff training and performance

Monitor and analyse sales figures, costs and profits

Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal requirements

Coordinate promotional and marketing activities

Liaise with suppliers and manage deliveries

Skills/Qualification

Have Diploma qualification in Retail operation or equivalent

At least 1 year full time work experience in retail supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities

Ability to manage budgets and meet sales targets

Experience in stock management and ordering system
