About the Client

About the role
Due to expansion they have a brand new large showroom/store opening in Cannington and as such, they require a passionate, driven, sales focused and consultative Manager to join the business. You will be on the showroom floor as the face of the brand, assisting in bringing the customer's vision to life. This is a sales based role however, your background in design will aid in managing ideas from conception to delivery and achieving sales results and customer satisfaction. You be will be completely responsible for the overall operation of the Gallery, including recruiting, training and mentoring a small team of Consultants.

About you

• 3-5 years Retail Management experience, ideally within a furniture, interior design or related role
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• A consultative approach focused on sales and customers
• Have the ability to interpret floor plans and understand customer requirements in order to provide a quote
• Ability to create attractive displays in store with the VM guidelines
• Excellent organisational skills & time management, with the ability to handle competing demands
