Clientside Property Manager – Industrial Portfolio

Are you a proactive Property Manager with experience managing industrial assets? This client-side role offers the opportunity to manage leasing, stakeholder relationships, and strategic property initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role requires someone that can contribute to process and system improvements, and be able to contribute to the wider property teams framework and success.

The Role
• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance for a portfolio of industrial properties.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive asset performance, cost management, and strategic property solutions.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Provide expert property advice to internal teams and senior management.

About You
• Proven experience in industrial property management, but commercial property management will also be considered
• Strong expertise in lease administration, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and property management systems.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a commitment to delivering results.
