What you’ll be doing:

• Leading business development and client growth initiatives for specialised motor insurance across Australia
• Managing key client relationships across Australia and New Zealand
• Monitors business performance and develop remedial plans as necessary to achieve the required business objectives
• Supporting tender responses and managing commercial contract negotiations
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to optimise client performance and pipeline growth
• Monitoring of customer outcomes and identifying and delivering improvements to the overall customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in sales/business development roles, with insurance exposure
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing, collaborative team
