THE ROLE:

Effectively managing a portfolio of approx. 150 residential properties, including coordinating property inspections, tenant management, and maintenance coordination with the aid of a part-time assistant

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords.

Handling all aspects of the leasing process, including advertising, conducting viewings, and processing new tenancy applications

Promptly addressing tenant queries and resolving any issues that may arise

Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that any necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner

Providing advice and recommendations to landlords on market conditions, rental pricing, and property improvements

Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

At least 1 year + of experience in residential property management, preferably in the Brisbane market

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

Familiarity with relevant real estate laws and regulations, including tenancy and property management legislation

Proficient in using property management software and digital platforms

Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach

A valid real estate license or registration in Queensland legislation

Drivers licence and reliable vehicle for inspections
