Ray White Ascot is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our high-performing team.

About the Role:

You will be working alongside our Property Manager & BDM to support the management of a boutique portfolio across Ascot and surrounding suburbs. Using innovative systems like Ailo, you’ll be freed from repetitive admin tasks and empowered to focus on what really matters - exceptional customer service and relationship management.

Your Responsibilities:

Support the coordination of repairs and maintenance

Conduct inspections including entry, exit and routine inspections

Assist with property compliance, documentation, marketing and leasing campaigns

Previous experience in property management or real estate preferred

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
