We’re currently looking for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our client's thriving office in the North of Melbourne. This is a full-time opportunity to play a vital part in expanding their residential property management and leasing division.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and attract new business within the residential rental market
• Present persuasive proposals to landlords and investors
• Manage the full cycle of onboarding new properties, from negotiation to agreement
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to grow the leasing portfolio
• Build lasting relationships with property owners, tenants, and team members
• Keep an eye on market activity and competitor movements to stay ahead
• Offer professional advice on pricing strategies, leasing trends, and property management
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in real estate business development
• A strong history of converting prospects into long-term clients
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Sound understanding of the residential rental landscape, including current laws and pricing trends
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A performance-focused approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding service
