Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our client experience, helping us connect with customers across our Australian studios. You'll be responsible for:

Driving the efficient management of all bookings to optimise studio schedules.

Engaging with clients through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service.

Coordinating and scheduling appointments for both our valued new and loyal returning clients.

Turning enquiries into successful bookings and contributing directly to our team's sales targets.

Ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our diverse booking systems.

Proactively managing booking requests via our social media platforms, ensuring timely responses.

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll ideally possess:

Demonstrated sales acumen and a track record of consistently achieving targets.

Prior experience in a comparable booking, administrative, or customer-facing position.

A strong, authentic interest in the tattoo industry and its vibrant culture.

Outstanding verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a natural flair for developing positive client relationships.
