Clinical Supervisor – Behaviour Support Practitioner

• Full-time or Part-time (4 days/week)
• $90K – $110K + Super + Annual Leave Loading + Vehicle Options + Laptop + Phone

We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead and supervise while delivering life-changing therapy for NDIS participants.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to behaviour support practitioners
• Work in homes, schools, workplaces, and the community
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and attend weekly hub meetings
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in OT, Speech, Social Work, Psych, Nursing, or related field
• Current registration (AHPRA, SPA, AASW, etc.)
• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner approval (Core or Proficient level)
• Minimum 2 years’ PBS experience
• Driver’s licence and WWVP check
