Are you ready to take the next step in your OSHC career? We’re searching for a Coordinator to lead our 141-place OSHC service, with exciting potential for growth!
Established in 2011, our service is proudly managed by Catholic Early EdCare on behalf of Guardian Angels Parish, Wynnum. We provide, before school care, after school care and vacation care programmes.
With a child-centered philosophy, we create an inclusive environment where children explore, play, and grow. Our program encourages a mix of fine and gross motor activities, child and educator led group games, and access to fantastic school facilities, including playgrounds and a large oval.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service.
- Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment, maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our service.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
