OSHC Coordinator – St Augustine’s College, Augustine Heights
We’re seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our growing service (licensed for 130 children) at St Augustine’s College — a modern P-12 school with strong community ties.

You’ll manage an established team, including an Assistant Coordinator, and oversee a vibrant OSHC program in our dedicated (and soon-to-be-renovated) space. This is a full-time role with split shifts across Before School, After School, and Vacation Care.

Your impact:

• Lead a safe, inclusive, and high-quality program aligned with Catholic values
• Ensure compliance with all legislative, safeguarding, and NQF requirements
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, school, and community
• Manage daily operations, risk assessments, and team development

What you’ll bring:

• Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Proven OSHC leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, and My Time Our Place
