About the Role

As OSHC Coordinator, you will:

Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-demand, P&C-run service (licensed for 170 children)

Guide a passionate team through strong communication, tech-savvy organisation, and trauma-informed leadership

Oversee the service’s compliance with NQF regulations, policies, and practices

Lead an Assessment & Rating process to reflect the true quality of care we provide

Cultivate meaningful partnerships with families, educators, and the school community

Use your digital skills (Excel, Outlook, Xplor, SharePoint) to keep everything running smoothly

About You

We're looking for someone who brings more than a qualification. We want a true leader who:

Has a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education, Childcare Management or a related field

Is emotionally intelligent, respectful, and assertive in supporting a team of 25+ educators

Understands the challenge of managing a neurodiverse and multi-generational team

Uses clear communication, consistent boundaries, and collaborative coaching to motivate staff

Thrives in a tech-enabled environment and can navigate systems and spreadsheets with ease

Embraces risk play, outdoor learning, and child-led experiences

Believes in continuous service improvement and takes initiative to implement change

Bonus if you’ve led through challenges, built team culture, or managed teams in OSHC or similar settings.
