Key Responsibilities

General office administration and day-to-day support

Answering incoming calls and responding to or directing emails

Digital filing, data entry, and document control

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal team members

Supporting basic finance tasks such as invoicing and reconciling accounts

About You

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

Confident communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Competent with Microsoft Office products

Organised, self-motivated, and a positive “can-do” attitude

Familiarity with Xero or CRM software a bonus
