You'll be working closely with an in-house design team, shaping high-end custom homes from concept through to delivery. The Company:
Our client is a well-established residential builder delivering architecturally designed, high-end custom homes across Brisbane’s inner suburbs, such as Camp Hill, Coorparoo, Hendra, Bulimba and beyond. They operate with a small, tight-knit team and deliver around 8–10 bespoke homes per year. With several new projects entering the design stage and a strong pipeline ahead, they're now looking to grow their team to support continued demand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the estimating process for custom residential projects (new builds, no repeat plans)
• Liaising closely with the in-house design team and consultants
• Supporting PM and CA tasks as needed – you won’t be boxed in
• Using Cubit or CostX to prepare detailed BOQs
• Helping refine internal systems and processes as the business continues to grow

What You Bring:

• Recent experience estimating high-end custom homes in Brisbane
• Strong knowledge of construction costs and methods for bespoke builds
• Experience with Cubit or CostX highly regarded
