The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager this role will include:

• Receipting and cash allocation
• High volume billing
• Processing of customer payments
• Investigation of unallocated payments
• Reconciliations of accounts
• Customer query resolution
• Ad-hoc support across the team

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will be required to have previous accounts receivable experience in a high volume role - preferably within the health sector.

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally are also essential for this role.
