The Role

Reporting to the Transactional Services Manager this role will include:

* High volume telephone collections
* Repayment negotiations
* Customer query resolution
* Investigation of unallocated payments
* Working with internal stakeholders
* Monthly reporting
* Reconciliations of accounts
* Ad-hoc invoicing, raising of credit notes
* SAP

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will be required to have a proven credit/collections background and enjoy a very busy, fast paced role.

Excellent time management and communication skills will also be required, An ability to take ownership of the role as well as build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers is also essential.

Previous SAP experience is essential for this role.
