Community Kinders Plus Inc. is an Early Years Manager that professionally manages 27 kindergartens across the City of Kingston, Frankston City Council and the Mornington Peninsula Shire. We are a not for profit that prides itself on providing high quality early learning.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Westall Kindergarten for the rest of 2025 to the end of 2026.

TEACHER – Rate $35.33 to $58.96 per hour

Westall Kindergarten – 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) 22.5 hours per week

This role will cover a parental leave position from now until the end of 2026

The successful candidates will be required to;

Have previous experience in teaching sessional Kindergarten

Work cooperatively as a member of a team and lead or assist with the development and provision of a high-quality kindergarten program for the children.

Operate in a professional manner at all times, meeting the requirements of the Department of Education and Training (DET) Victorian kindergarten policy, procedures and funding criteria, the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011, and functions in line with approved policies, procedures and the Quality Improvement Plan of the service in which you work.

Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external liaisons.

Promote early childhood education, the kindergarten and Community Kinders Plus.
