About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll lead the delivery of a high-quality, play-based program aligned with the National Quality Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. You will:

Guide and assess children's learning and development

Establish inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Lead and mentor team members and support students on placement

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice

What We're Looking For

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent

Current VIT registration

Strong knowledge of VEYLDF, NQF, National Law & Regulations

Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire teams

Experience working with vulnerable children and families

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Additional Requirements:

Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

Mandatory Reporting certification

Willingness to undergo Police Check

International Police Check (if applicable)

Safe Sleep and Food Handling certifications desirable
