The Role
A State Government Agency is seeking a Digital Adviser - Websites for a contract role through to December 2025 with possible extensions. THis role is ideal for someone with strong editing, digital governance, and publishing experience. You'll play a key role in the review, quality assurance, and digital publishing content for this Agency.
Responsibilities
- Review and edit website content for accessibility, SEO, compliance, and editorial consistency
- Support internal teams to refine and publish curriculum-aligned lesson materials
- Manage content workflows using a government CMS, ensuring alignment with Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) requirements
- Maintain strong documentation, version control, and digital content records
About You
- Proficient in MS and experienced with structured content editing
- Previous experience working in government digital environments preferred
- Familiarity with VicGov content standards, WCAG accessibility, and SEO best practices desirable
- Experience using a web content management system (CMS) highly regarded
