The Role
A State Government Agency is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Officer an initial until October 2025 with a potential to extend. This is a high-impact role that leads the development, design, and implementation of digital communication channels-enhancing user experience and increasing audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and manage key digital channels to support communications strategy
- Improve user experience and build digital audience engagement
- Support the execution of multi-channel communications and marketing projects
- Provide quality advice and support to stakeholders on digital content and communication best practices
About You
- Experience in digital communications, marketing or customer engagement
- Understanding of user-centred design, content strategy, and digital channel optimisation
- Ability to manage stakeholders and lead project delivery
- Experience leading and mentoring junior staff within a communications team
