About the Role:

We are looking for a driven EL1 Digital Marketer to guide our team in delivering high-profile, targeted digital marketing campaigns. You’ll lead the planning and execution of strategic communications through email and digital platforms, driving key initiatives that expand audience engagement and improve understanding of major changes. This role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact in optimizing how we communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

Lead and deliver digital marketing campaigns, including 4 subscriber-based newsletters, ensuring they align with agency priorities.

Drive continuous improvements in digital marketing products with a focus on accessibility and high-impact communication.

Provide strategic direction for email marketing campaigns, including leading procurement and supplier contracts.

Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive, high-performing culture while managing staff roles and performance appraisals.

Lead evaluations of campaigns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

Extensive digital marketing expertise (10+ years) with experience in delivering customer-focused email marketing campaigns.

Proven leadership skills in managing and coaching teams to deliver high-quality marketing strategies.

Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar digital marketing platforms, with experience in deploying successful campaigns.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset for project delivery.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
