Are you a creative and strategic digital communicator ready to help a rebranded, purpose-led organisation make a bigger impact?
We’re looking for a Social & Digital Media Advisor to join our Communications, Engagement & Advocacy team. This is an exciting time to come on board, as Each has recently launched a major rebrand and a new, person-centred website.
As the Social & Digital Media Advisor, you’ll lead the delivery of compelling content across social and digital platforms, bringing Each’s new brand to life online. You’ll be pivotal in growing our audiences, sharing impactful stories, and helping drive strategic business goals through digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhancing and progressing our social media and digital plan, aligned with Each’s new brand and strategic direction.
Managing a content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality publishing across channels (especially LinkedIn and our website).
Creating engaging multichannel content – written, video, imagery – that’s SEO-friendly, brand-aligned, and audience-driven.
Manage updates and improvements to the Each website, ensuring changes align with our brand and digital strategy
Monitoring social conversations, audience insights, and performance analytics to inform and improve strategy.
Collaborating across teams to source powerful stories and co-design digital campaigns.
Reporting monthly on digital performance and identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Staying ahead of emerging platforms, tools, and best practices in social and digital media.
Travel between Each sites as needed to capture on-the-ground content (including photography, and video, interviews) that showcases our people, programs, and impact.

You’ll bring:
At least three (3) years of experience in communications, marketing, or social media.
A flair for creative storytelling and a strategic mindset, with confidence managing multiple platforms and audiences.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different channels — especially LinkedIn — and use analytics to guide continuous improvement.
