At Talk Health Therapy, we’re passionate about helping older Australians live healthier, more independent lives. As our Triage Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) Aged Care clients, ensuring they are connected with the right allied health therapy services.
This is a casual position, offering up to $40 per hour plus super! You’ll start working in-office at Redbank, with the opportunity to transition to work-from-home once you’re fully trained.

What You’ll Be Doing
Serving as the first point of contact for CHSP clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining client records in clinical software systems (Splose).
Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets to track client information and follow-ups.
Collaborating with the management team to ensure clients receive timely care.
Using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Slack for communication and task coordination.
Ensuring all client interactions maintain privacy and confidentiality.
Who You Are
You will:
hold a tertiary health care degree in nursing or allied health; or
are currently studying towards an allied health qualification or Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance.
Experienced in customer service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, able to handle data entry and record-keeping with accuracy.
Familiar with healthcare systems like Splose (or a fast learner willing to adapt).
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A clear communicator, able to engage with clients, therapists, and internal teams effectively.
Previous experience in healthcare, aged care, or allied health administration is a plus.
