As our Customer Success Consultant, you’ll be the trusted partner for our top-tier clients, guiding them to achieve maximum value from our AI platform. This mid-level role is fully on-site, letting you collaborate closely with our team and customers to enhance mission-critical workflows and user journeys. Your work drives our mission to optimise core business processes with AI – when your clients win, we win!
What you’ll be doing
Full-time, 5 days onsite (Martin Place, Sydney). We iterate face-to-face to outpace competitors.
Championing onboarding, training, and ongoing success for enterprise users on our AI platform.
Enhancing mission-critical workflows and customer journeys for business users with our generative AI solutions.
Analysing usage data and client feedback to proactively improve the customer experience and showcase ROI.
Collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement.
Driving account growth through renewals and upsells by building trust and aligning our solutions to customer goals.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role (SaaS/B2B preferred).
Proven track record of driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and account growth with enterprise clients.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation – you take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Australian citizen or permanent resident (required) – we cannot sponsor work visas for this role.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience at a high-growth startup or in a rapidly evolving tech environment.
Familiarity with AI/ML, data analytics, or workflow automation tools.
Success in managing renewals, upsells, or sales targets as part of your role.
Relevant degree or certifications in business, technology, or project management.
