Pinot & Picasso is offering a new and exciting opportunity for a Sales & Customer Experience Manager (Private Events) to help drive the growth of our brand across Australia and New Zealand.

This role isn't just about selling events, it's about shaping moments, driving memorable experiences, and embedding the Pinot & Picasso brand values into every customer touchpoint. You’ll play a crucial part in leading our Private Events function to new heights, delivering strong commercial results while bringing the Pierre’s Concierge tone to life.
Working closely with the General Manager, ANZ, Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a solutions-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering unforgettable customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You’ll be people-led, proactive, and performance-driven—someone who turns every enquiry into a conversion and every event into an opportunity for brand growth. With a strong eye for detail and a natural ability to connect, you’ll elevate the private events experience while consistently challenging us to improve, innovate, and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Strategy
Lead the inbound private events pipeline across AU and NZ, converting leads into high-value in-studio events.
Develop scalable sales strategies to drive conversion and repeat bookings.
Own and optimise the full event sales lifecycle—from enquiry to final payment and post-event engagement.
Leverage insights to identify booking trends, optimise availability, and unlock growth opportunities across regions.
Customer Experience & Brand Delivery
Deliver exceptional experiences from first contact to final feedback—infusing every step with the spirit of the brand.
Champion the Pierre’s Concierge approach through playful, polished communication that builds trust and connection.
Coach internal teams and franchisees on best-practice customer service, enquiry management, and storytelling techniques.
Ensure consistent delivery of private event quality and communication across the network.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
Collaborate with Studio Managers, Artists, and approved suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
Coordinate custom artworks, add-ons, and special requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout.
Support franchisees with sales coaching and tools to enhance private event performance at a local level.
Post-Event & Loyalty Growth
Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and drive rebookings.
Champion lifetime value by creating thoughtful post-event offers and referral programs.
Track and report on customer sentiment, NPS, and other key success metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years in sales, customer success, or events—preferably within hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in sales targets, reporting, and pipeline conversion.
A confident communicator who can lead conversations, inspire teams, and build meaningful relationships.
Passion for customer experience—able to turn service into a competitive advantage.
Highly organised, detail-obsessed, and self-motivated.
Bonus Points For
Experience working across multi-location or franchise environments.
Familiarity with CRM, CS Planner, Monday.com, or similar sales tools.
A background in creative industries or immersive entertainment.
