About the role
Join the team at The Tree Doctor as a Chipper Operator / Tree Worker Ground Crew. This is a casual position (with the potential for Full-Time in the future) based in Seaford, VIC 3198. As an integral part of our dedicated team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality tree maintenance and ground care services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating a range of tree maintenance equipment, including chainsaws, chippers and stump grinders

Assisting with tree removal, pruning, and shaping to enhance the health and appearance of trees

Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites

Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team dynamic

Be able to operate a MR vehicle & hold a MR license

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a tree maintenance role

Knowledge of proper equipment operation

Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently

Strong physical fitness and the stamina to perform manual labour tasks

Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail

Skills & Qualifications

ESSENTIAL (NON-NEGOTIABLE AND IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE)

MINIMUM MR License or HR License

Previous experience operating a chipper
