We are seeking an experienced Arborist to work for a local council in the Northern suburbs in Melbourne. This is a temporary position for 3 months starting at the end of June until the end of September.Great hourly pay rate over $40 per hour!

Available to work from 7:15am - 3:45pm Monday-Friday

The role

Routine maintenance of Arboriculture equipment such as Elevating Work Platform vehicles, woodchippers, chainsaws, power pruners, handsaws and climbing equipment to ensure it is safe and fit for use.

Applying pesticides as required.

• Tree pruning, chipper operation, truck driving, tree pruning from EWP if qualified and tree planting.

What you need

• Chainsaw Operation Competency (Cert 2).
• ESI Training Powerline Vegetation Control Certificates
• Traffic Control Card (Level 2).
• MR Driving Licence.
• National Police Check.
