About the Opportunity
As our Public Library Liaison Officer, you will support and facilitate promotion of and access to the Vision Australia Information Library Service (VAILS) to new, existing, and potential public library partners. In this role you will also:
- Manage library partnership inboxes, and engage with public library contacts in a timely manner, providing support and training
- Oversee distribution of VAILS collateral to public libraries
- Establish and cultivate new connections with public libraries, providing information and resources pertaining to VAILS

About You
As part of the Library Services team, you should have a degree or diploma in library or information services, conferring eligibility for professional membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). In addition, practical library experience, ideally in community engagement or partnerships is encouraged. You will also have:
- Collection management and circulation experience including ability to work across LMS and other client management programs
- Experience in networking and building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills with the ability and experience in speaking to groups in a confident and friendly way
