About the role
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you are responsible for strengthening relationships and social connections for families in Ballarat. You will connect families to services and informal supports, additionally, this role will contribute to creating optimal conditions for healthy family relationships and children’s wellbeing.
This role is located at Ballarat and is a part-time role working three (3) days per week and may require to work one (1) evening shift a week. The base salary range is $95k-$102k (pro-rata) per annum.
About you
- Degree in social work, community development, counselling, family therapy, psychology or relevant degree.
- Demonstrated experience working with families, and an understanding of strengths-based, trauma-informed and holistic parenting/kinship practices.
- High level of interpersonal communication and organisational skills
