This boutique insurance repair builder in Melbourne Metro is seeking a talented Permits Officer to join their Head Office.

This builder specialise in all manor of insurance repair building projects ranging from Residential BAU, to Commercial, Complex, Domestic, and Strata repair works, and have won several industry awards.

You'll be joining a professional, dynamic and passionate team of builders & insurance professionals.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Permits Officer, you would be managing permits and building compliance from start to finish, across multiple states, while meeting internally and externally set KPI’s, and providing support to construction supervisors, estimators and claims teams as required during catastrophes / high volume events

This is a full-time permanent position. Starting salary based on experience - please indicate your expectations in your application.

ABOUT YOU

Background in building surveying highly advantageous

Minimum of 3 years working in the construction industry

Proven experience managing multiple projects.

Strong understanding and knowledge of Insurance and Australian Building Codes.

Current Driver's License.
