Current projects include:

• A large-scale residential project in South East Brisbane

• A 5-storey apartment complex in inner city suburb of Brisbane

• A 3-storey apartment complex in Brisbane outer suburbs

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating construction site activities for two of the three projects

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring timely material deliveries

• Enforcing high standards of OH&S policies and compliance

• Communicating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project aligns with plans and specifications

• Approval of subcontractor invoices and labourers’ timesheets

• Provide leadership to the site team

• Problem-solving day-to-day issues to keep the project on schedule and within budget

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-unit residential construction sites

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Good communication and adequate computer skills

• Strong knowledge of OH&S practices and compliance

• QBCC Site Supervisor License or QBCC Builder License

• Valid driver’s license
