About the Role

As CFO, you will oversee the full spectrum of our financial operations, working closely with the Managing Director, Operations Manager, and HR Compliance Manager. Your focus will be on financial performance, strategy development, and risk management to ensure continued success and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.

Monitor and ensure fiscal discipline and cost control.

Provide timely financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Manage company risk, compliance, and external financial relationships (banks, auditors, investors).

Drive client retention and profitability through insightful financial modelling.

Track performance metrics and key financial KPIs.

Oversee investment portfolios in line with strategic objectives.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

Proven leadership in senior finance roles.

Strong track record in managing corporate financial operations.
