The Role

As an integral member of the Executive Management team and reporting directly to the CEO, with a dotted line to the Global CFO, this position will play a key role in supporting the leadership team in the delivery of the organisation’s strategic, financial and commercial activities. Key functions of the role will include driving corporate and financial strategies, representing the company with external parties, involvement in the execution of commercial transactions, working with operational general managers to drive commercial performance and overseeing the finance function. You will manage a team of four with a focus on building a best of breed finance function and ensuring the systems and processes are fit for purpose.

Your Traits

The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and understand the challenges of delivering a business strategy and plans in a fast-paced customer centric business model. You will have proven experience of taking organisations through transformation and be effective at leading and managing change, be commercially minded with a good grasp of key financial drivers. You will have a strong work ethic and can lead, inspire and engage your team. A proven track record of driving growth and commercially supporting operations in a product-based business environment with multiple channels to market is essential.
