The Randwick Group of Clubs has proudly supported the local community in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs for over 60 years. Currently comprising The Randwick Club, The Avenue Randwick, and The Coogee Beach Club, we're seeking a full-time Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venues. Our facilities include 7 bar areas, 4 food outlets, 4 function spaces, and 2 bowling greens.

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a venue, leading a team of 15+ staff members to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This includes overseeing functions, lawn bowls activities, TAB, Keno, and EGM facilities, and ensuring members and guests have an exceptional experience.

You will be supported by a team of Operations Managers, Venue Managers, Marketing, and Functions Management.

About the Ideal Candidate

· Hold current RSA, RCG and RGO certificates.

Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Proven track record of at least 2 years' experience maintaining excellent operational standards in a high-volume club or bar environment

Proven team leadership skills, with the ability to train, problem-solve, and resolve conflicts

Competent in operating TAB, Keno, and gaming facilities

Excellent communication skill
