As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our marketing and e-commerce operations. We’re now hiring for the following roles:

E-commerce Operations

Digital Marketing Assistant

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the role, responsibilities include:

📣 Digital Marketing & Promotion

Plan and execute advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, and Red Book (小紅書)

Produce marketing materials including video editing, images, and copywriting

Coordinate with KOLs/influencers for brand collaboration

Support company-wide marketing campaigns and brand promotions

🛒 E-commerce Operations

Manage product listings, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer development

Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service in Mandarin and English

Perform daily administrative and support tasks

Contribute to new product sourcing and platform promotion strategies

Who We’re Looking For

Valid Australian work visa with at least 12 months remaining

Able to commit to long-term and stable employment

Must have own transport – no access to public transport at the workplace

Fluent in Mandarin, with basic English communication skills

Creative, responsible, and able to work independently

Previous experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is preferred

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full-time or part-time available
