The Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Welder / Sheetmetal Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling ducting systems and other custom sheetmetal components.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.

Select appropriate steel, aluminium, and sheetmetal materials, including fasteners, supports, and reinforcements.

Operate CNC Plasma, Coil Line, WaterJet, Folder, and Guillotine machinery for fabrication.

Cut, bend, and shape metal using hand tools and industrial machinery.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Certificate IV or higher in Welding, Metal Fabrication, or a related trade.

Proven experience in HVAC manufacturing or sheetmetal work

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

CamDuct and CNC machine experience (desirable)

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.

Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
