Manufacturing & Engineering – Fabricators (TIG Welder)
About the Role
As a TIG Welder, you will play a critical role in fabricating complex sheet metal components with a focus on precision and quality. Working as part of our dynamic manufacturing team, you will be responsible for welding stainless steel and aluminium parts to exacting standards across a range of industry sectors, including defence, infrastructure, agribusiness, and specialised engineering.
In addition to TIG welding, this role will involve the operation of a CNC Brake Press machine as part of the fabrication process. While prior experience with CNC Brake Press operation is desirable, it is not essential—training will be provided to the right candidate with a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking motivated individuals with proven experience in TIG welding, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment, and proficiency in welding stainless steel and aluminium. The successful candidate will hold a relevant welding qualification, such as a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade, or possess equivalent hands-on experience.
You must be confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans, and capable in the use of general power tools and workshop equipment. Strong attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. We are looking for team players who are proactive, reliable, and align with our core values.
You will be expected to take ownership of your work, maintain a solution-focused mindset, show up with positivity each day, and actively seek feedback as a tool for continuous growth and improvement.
